Hi, I’m Susan Murphy — a native English speaker from Ireland, now living in the Netherlands. I’m a qualified English teacher with TEFL and CELTA certifications, and I specialize in helping adults improve their English for both business and everyday communication.

My background working with people from many different cultures has taught me that effective communication isn’t just about the words you use — it’s also about understanding how and when to use them, especially across different cultural contexts.
